Or, when a courier calls about a delivery, ask them to drop it at the NexDrop warehouse and share the warehouse address with them.
Once the parcel reaches the warehouse, our team will check it in and update the app so you can track it.
Yes. Your parcel is always stored securely at NexDrop warehouses.
Each warehouse is equipped with security systems, and staff are not permitted to open or use customer goods. At hand-off, recipients must provide an OTP code so our team can verify them before releasing the parcel.
Every check-in and check-out is also photographed and logged in the system to ensure transparency and minimize the risk of loss or wrong delivery.
NexDrop warehouses operate from 8:00 to 22:00, Monday to Sunday. Hours may change on public holidays, Tết, or special occasions and will be announced in the NexDrop Express app.
You have two ways to receive your parcel.
1. Pick up at the warehouse: visit a NexDrop warehouse and present your OTP code in the app so our team can verify you and hand it over.
2. Schedule home delivery: open the NexDrop app and book delivery to your address.
NexDrop does not accept the following:
• Prohibited goods under Vietnamese law
• Dangerous, flammable, or explosive items
• Live animals or plants
• Fresh perishable food
• High-value assets such as cash or jewelry
• Valuable documents or correspondence

NexDrop accepts parcels up to 50 kg with combined three-dimensional measurements no greater than 300 cm. Parcels beyond these limits may be refused to keep operations safe.
NexDrop Premium is a monthly paid plan that makes receiving parcels more convenient with several perks. You can get a number of free or unlimited shipments, plus free storage and free delivery within the eligible range.
Yes. Storage and delivery remain free. Fees only apply when the number of parcels stored at once exceeds your plan limit, or when the delivery distance is greater than 2 km from a NexDrop warehouse.
On pay-as-you-go, service fees include:
• Intake fee: charged once when the parcel is checked in
• Storage fee: billed per 30-day cycle
• Delivery fee: applied when you request home delivery
Exact fees depend on parcel size (Small, Medium, Large, or Oversized).
You can pay for service in the following ways:
• ZaloPay (directly in the NexDrop app)
• Credit or debit card
• Bank transfer
• Apple Pay
• Cash (for selected small fees when handling things in person at the warehouse).
NexDrop currently does not offer refunds on paid service plans. Your plan stays active through the end of its subscribed term. We recommend reviewing the details and fees carefully before subscribing.
The maximum storage period for a parcel is 90 days from the check-in date. Past 90 days, the parcel is moved to "Liquidation" status.
Liquidation is how NexDrop handles parcels left at the warehouse for too long.
If a parcel sits for over 90 days (or beyond the agreed period) and you do not respond to our pickup reminders, it may enter the liquidation process.
Depending on the parcel's condition and value, NexDrop will dispose of it appropriately — destruction, recycling, or donation.
A parcel goes to Reimbursement status when it cannot be delivered to you for reasons such as refusal of receipt, loss, or damage during storage at NexDrop.
NexDrop compensates based on the parcel's actual value, capped at VND 2,000,000 per parcel. This cap may differ if you have notified us in advance and arranged a separate agreement with NexDrop.
As a rule, NexDrop does not open parcels or alter the original packaging. Inspections only happen in special cases, for example when packaging is damaged and needs reinforcement, or when there is suspicion of prohibited or dangerous contents. All inspections are formally documented.
