NexDrop staff receive the parcel from the shipper, inspect its exterior and generate an internal QR code to track it in the system.
The system automatically sends a notification with a photo of your parcel to your phone the moment it is safely stored.
You are in full control: choose "Self-pickup" at the warehouse, or request "Delivery" in a time slot that fits your schedule through the app.
Absolute peace of mind: provide your personal OTP code so NexDrop staff can verify your identity before handover.
